Our experiences hold limitless possibilities to teach, guide, and mold us each and every day. With this being the case, it is essential we stay tuned into matters of the heart and embrace simplicity when possible.

My name is Sarafina. I am a Community Psychology practitioner, who spends her days conducting program evaluations and counseling individuals. Outside of my professional role, I spend time experimenting with choices that promote a well-balanced, healthy, and simple lifestyle. I began this quest wondering if a life of simplicity and wellness could genuinely take shape in this day-in-age. These two questions came to mind: "How can we discover joy in the simple things?" and "What simple practices contribute to our overall sense of well-being?"
This blog grew out of that curiosity and a desire to...simply be. After all, it's about the simple things and the joy they bring.
